Sending a Sophos Mobile Security (SMSec) unenroll task on a device that has the SMSec previously uninstalled will fail.
Applies to the following Sophos products and versions Sophos MobileCentral Mobile
To complete the unenroll, install again the Sophos Mobile Security on the same device and then send the same unenroll task.
Click the Yes button.
Note: The successful unenroll will be displayed in the Tasks tab.
