Sophos has seen in some scenarios where there is a slow log into Sophos Central, the first page to load is the Central Wireless Dashboard instead of the Main Dashboard.
This behavior has been seen sometimes when there is either local network slowness, Internet delay, or if there are any performance issues seen with Sophos Central in your region: See our Status Cast page to check if there is anything reported with Sophos Central.
