When sending an app installation task to an Android Enterprise device, the tasks fails with the following error message:
Error 403 - The product is not available in the device's country
This issue is caused by the reply of the Google Server which assumes that the device is not in the correct country for which the app is made available.
When an app installation task is sent to a device managed using Android Enterprise a task is sent to the Google Server. The Google Server will then evaluate if the app can be installed on the device in question.
Depending on this result, Google will forward the installation task to the device to process it.
If this error is displayed, the Google back end assumes that the app in question cannot be installed on the device.
