Sophos UTM now has support to request certificates from Let's Encrypt. This new functionality allows administrators to create free SSL Certificates on the UTM for the WAF, WebAdmin and other UTM services. The following sections are covered:
Applies to the following Sophos products and versions Sophos UTM 9.6 and above
Note: Wildcard certificates are not supported at this time.
After the initial certificate is requested a self-signed Certificate is generated on the UTM until the signed Certificate is received back from Let's Encrypt.
After the certificate is received from Let's Encrypt it will display as shown below:
