Reflexion was experiencing delays in outbound and inbound emails for a period of time between 8:45AM-11:00AM EDT time Thursday 8/2/2018.
Customers may have had 30-45 minute delay receiving and sending emails in Reflexion during this time period.
These Reflexion email delays were resolved at 11:15AM EDT.
Development is looking into the root cause of this issue.
