I am unable to enable the "Sync To PSA" option in my PSA Integration section of my Sophos Central Partner dashboard. (Option is greyed out) Example Company: TEST COMPANY.
In order to enable the "Sync To PSA" option in the PSA Integration section, The configuration indicated below must be followed in the order indicated by each numbered step.
2. Enter the Company ID for Test Company in the "CONNECTWISE CUSTOMER NAME" field.
3. After inputting the Company ID select the drop down for the agreement and select the associated agreement.
4. You will now be able to Select the "SYNC TO PSA" and toggle it on.
