There may be circumstances where you are missing the Sophos Software Products from the Product Catalog list from your Local Connectwise Client.

The following Configurations in your local connectwise client should be checked.
There are known potential mis-configured settings in the Local Connectwise Client that should be checked to insure that the Product Catalog is populated with all Products accordingly.
(Please check the below configurations in your Connectwise application.)
3. Select System>Setup Tables>Category>Products>Table>Product Type>Software.
4. Make Certain this is not set to Inactive.
5. Select System>Setup Tables>Category>Products>Table>UOM.
6. Make Certain that this is not set to inactive and is configured with one of the selections from the UOM list.
