A user receives a mail in their inbox with a message similar to:
One or more mails addressed to you have been identified as containing spam by PureMessage. You can review these mails by visiting the link below. http://servername.domain.com:firstname.lastname@example.org&hash=-1883692612

First seen in PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange
Attempt to navigate to the Quarantine digest page on the PureMessage server hosting IIS. If the page fails to load with the same error then please move to step 5.
If you have a Firewall enabled on the PureMessage server then please ensure that the Quarantine digest port is not being blocked. By default this will be port 8081.
If a proxy server is used to access the Internet, then the most likely cause of the error message is due to an exclusion not having been set-up within the exceptions sections of the Internet Explorer Proxy settings section:
Press OK, to exit and then close Internet Explorer and retry. This will resolve the issue in the majority of cases.If this does not resolve the issue, check that the Quarantine Digest Web is running:
IIS 7 and above:
Confirm that the port set in IIS matches the port that appears in the URL sent in the email. If the port does not match you will need to change the port
Go to Start|Programs|Administrative Tools|Internet Services Manager.
Select your web-server. If the Quarantine Digest Web is not running, it will show the word 'Stopped' after its name. If necessary start it up.
