This article describe the steps to allow or block email senders in MTA mode.
Applies to the following Sophos products and versions Sophos Firewall
Go to Email > General Settings and scroll down to Blocked Senders to add FQDNs, users and/or wildcards as required.
There is an additional option for users to configure their own exceptions by allowing or blocking the sender's email address.
Login to the User Portal and then go to Email > Exceptions.
Note: If the FQDN is mentioned on both the blocked items list and allowed items list, the blocked items list will have higher priority.
