This article describes the steps to activate a firewall subscription through Sophos Central Partner Dashboard.
This article and information applies to Sophos MSP Flex Partners only. Additionally, the Partner Administrator(s) will only see this if they have been given access to view/manage their Partner Portal Dashboard Firewall section. The following sections are covered:

The MSP Flex customer would add a subscription by selecting the desired firewall within the Firewall page in the Central Partner Dashboard as shown below.
Within the subscription column, select either:
Note: If you have a Purchased Firewall with a Term license applied, you will continue to use the previous workflow/instructions to request an MSP license from email@example.com. If you do not have these instructions, please contact your Channel Account Manager and request the instructions for "MSP Connect Flex - XG Firewall monthly subscription request"
After selecting an option - that selection will be added to the Pending column. The request is sent to Sophos Order team, and you will receive a response/update in about 3 business days. When completed, the License will be moved over from the Pending column, over to the Subscription column.
Below is a screenshot of the Firewall as you drill down into it. It shows when the request was sent with additional information.
