SafeGuard Enterprise File Encryption modules are not fully compatible with Microsoft OneDrive’s Files On-Demand feature that was introduced with OneDrive build 17.3.7064.100.
Users who have enabled OneDrive’s Files On-Demand feature and freed up local disk space for some of the files may experience any of the following symptoms:

As SafeGuard Enterprise File Encryption modules are not fully compatible with OneDrive's Files On-Demand feature, we recommend disabling Files-On demand for now.
