The Sophos Endpoint Self Help (ESH) tool finds, troubleshoots and resolved issues with MacOS / OS X endpoints using the Sophos Endpoint software.
ESH identifies issues with the underlying technologies used by the Sophos Endpoint Agent and provides links to troubleshooting articles containing error scenarios and, in most cases, step-by-step instructions to resolve the issue. The listed options may vary depending on the license you have and whether the software is installed.

ESH is supported on Sophos Endpoint for MacOS version 9.7.4 and above.
