In order to address the ongoing delays in Cloud Web Gateway event logging and reporting, Sophos engineers have been working to improve the efficiency of communication and processing between the Central Web Gateway agents and cloud services.
While this effort has involved many moving parts, the results have shown to be stable and effective through internal and ongoing end-to-end testing. As a result, the team is confident in the solution and has begun the deployment and rollout of these fixes to production. Users should be noticing an improvement in any delays when logging to Central Admin as deployment progresses.
