The encryption of files stored on Microsoft OneDrive or OneDrive for Business version 17 or later does not work when using SafeGuard's auto-detection. Using a customer Cloud Storage Definition (CSD) can resolve this.

If you don´t know the correct name, log into the OneDrive for Business client and check the company name in the cloud client icon in the taskbar.
6. Create a new policy, type Device Protection, and use the new CSD as target. 7. Assign the new policy to the OU or Domain that contains the corresponding user objects.
