When you contact Sophos Technical Support or Customer Care, you must quote your Serial Number.
Also, when you order a renewal of your subscription, you must quote the Serial Number for the subscriptions that you are renewing (Sophos UTM customers previously quoted the License ID). You can find the Serial Number on the Licensing screen of SF-OS.
If you are running a free trial, either a Hardware Evaluation or a Software/Virtual 30-day Trial, and you want to retain your existing hardware or Software/Virtual installation, you must quote the Serial Number on the order. If you registered the appliance on MySophos, click the Synchronize License button on SF-OS. Make sure to wait 30 seconds for the registration to complete first.
