To perform the troubleshooting steps in this article, you must have access to the Sophos Central Admin console.
The Policy page provides information on the last time a policy is received from Sophos Central for specific Sophos components.
Due to the short-interval used in these policy checks to Sophos Central, you may see a few time stamps reporting as Not since. When you receive these messages, it does not mean the policies are not being received, as not all listed components receive regular policy updates.

The following table details the policy changes that will force a policy refresh. Not all components allow this action and certain Policy changes may affect your level of security so are not covered. We recommend making these changes only as a test and reverting the settings once you have completed the test.
