Sophos Clean is supported on the following 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems:
Sophos Clean is available for our SMB customers only (commercial, education, government, etc.); however, SurfRight (a Sophos company) Hitman Pro will still be available for home users. You can acquire Sophos Clean by getting the free 30-day trail or purchasing a subscription.
Note: Both licenses have full functionality (can detect and remove malware).
To get Sophos Clean, do the following:
Please email Jonathan Giffard with the subject Sophos Clean SE License. A license key will be automatically sent to you. Do NOT share the license key. The key can be used multiple times and is valid for 1 year (May 11, 2016, to May 10, 2017). Once it expires, Jonathan will extend or reissue a new license.
Sophos Clean SMB customers who are using either the 30-day free trial or a purchased license will receive full email and telephone support from Sophos, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CET.
SurfRight Hitman Pro home users (consumers) who are using the 30-day free trial do NOT receive full email and telephone support from Sophos. They must rely on the Sophos Community to get help or contact SurfRight Support at email@example.com.
For Sophos Clean, use the standard Sophos escalation process for ESG products.
