Sophos Firewall’s Web Protection Module enable organizations to block access to specific websites or categories of websites. If any user tries to access a blocked website, Sophos Firewall displays a Block Message informing the user that the website that is being accessed has been blocked by the IT Department due to the company policy. Sophos Firewall allow administrators to customize this Block Message as needed. Administrators can also configure different customized messages for different categories.

Customize the default Block Message that is displayed when a user tries to access a blocked website.
You must be logged in to the Admin Console as an administrator with read-write permissions for the relevant feature(s).
Note: The customized message must be in HTML and it must incorporate the following parameters:

Configure a category-specific Block Message for the Blogs & Forums category.
The Block Message can be overridden for a specific category. In this example, a customized Block Message for the Blogs & Forums category will be implemented.
