While running Web Gateway on a personal computer, Microsoft Office 365 stops in the middle of installing or updating.

An old version of the Web Gateway agent changes the IP address of the computer that it's running on. Certain Microsoft websites that are accessed while downloading Office 365 do not recognize this IP address. The computer can't access the resources that it needs to complete the installation, and the installation hangs indefinitely.
In order to fix this problem, add officecdn.microsoft.com and officecdn.microsoft.com.edgesuite.net as trusted domains in the user's policy. Traffic going to a trusted domain will not go through the Web Gateway, so the user's IP address will not change.
