From September 8, 2015 the UTM has been reporting an increasing number of problems with outgoing and/or incoming mails which are classified as confirmed spam.
In this case the smtp.log will show the following entries:
2015:09:09-09:47:43 XXXXX: 2015-09-09 09:47:43 1ZZa6Z-XXXXXXXX ctasd reports 'Confirmed' RefID:XXX
This applies to almost all your outgoing mails.
First seen in Sophos UTM v9.3XX
Currently our development department is investigating the issue and it appears that the SPAM patterns which are used on the UTM are causing the issue.
