If you think there is a problem with your installation of SAV for Mac the steps below explain how to run a few commands in Terminal that will output useful information on which components and processes are running.

ls -al /Library/LaunchDaemons/ | grep -i sophos > ~/Desktop/savout.log
ps auxwww | grep -i sophos | grep -v grep >> ~/Desktop/savout.log
kextstat | grep -i sophos >> ~/Desktop/savout.log
A file called 'savout.log' will have been created on the Desktop of your Mac. Double-click the file to open it and check that it isn't empty (if so review the steps above) and then either post to the main board or compare with a healthy output below.
