This error indicates that the verification of the SSL certificates was not successful and therefore the registration of the mobile device is not possible.With the release of Sophos Mobile Control 5.1, a security feature called Certificate Pinning was introduced to eliminate the risk of man-in-the-middle attacks. In order to register a mobile device, you have to upload the SSL certificates which are presented to the mobile device when connecting to the Sophos Mobile Control server.
