To enable your customer to administer their Sophos Central account, add them as an administrator within their Central Customer Dashboard. Do the following:

To access Sophos Central accounts that were created via the Sophos Central Partner Dashboard using central.sophos.com, you must log in to the Sophos Central Customer Dashboard via the Sophos Central Partner dashboard and add an additional administrator to the account and apply admin or super admin role to this account.
