This article provides a list of the current third party vendor products automatically excluded when the Automatically exclude activity by known applications option is enabled within the policy for a server.
All exclusions set against the listed products are those recommended by Sophos and this list will grow over time.
Applies to the following Sophos products and versions Sophos Cloud
In order to check the list of exclusions that have automatically been applied to a server as a result of the above option being enabled in policy, navigate to a server details page and select the Exclusions tab. A full list of calculated exclusions will be shown. The example below shows the exclusions applied automatically for Microsoft SQL Server.
Note: The exclusions are calculated on the server in order to exclude the paths actually in use by the software.
