Note: For Android, the steps will not work if sharing of files is disabled via a restrictions profile. If that is the case, retrieving logs is not possible.
All logs from the following managed Sophos apps are gathered automatically:
If the Sophos apps are not managed by Sophos Mobile, the log files have to be retrieved manually. This can be the case for Sophos Intercept X for Mobile, and Sophos Secure Workspace for Android or iOS.
