This article describes how to get log files from Sophos apps which are installed on a mobile device The following sections are covered:

Retrieve Sophos Mobile Control, Sophos Mobile Security and Sophos Secure Workspace client log files
To get the log files from the two applications use the "Send logs" option within the Sophos Mobile Control client.
Using this option will collect and zip all log files from Sophos Mobile Control and Sophos Mobile Security This procedure also works for iOS.
Note: For Android this procedure does not work if sharing of files is disabled via a restrictions profile. If that is the case, retrieving logs is not possible.
Retrieve Sophos Secure Email log files
To get log files from Sophos Secure Email the app must be configured via a container policy. If this is the case, use the following procedure:
