Note: For DLP rule be careful of the word used to encrypt the message. Words like encrypt are a command in normal emails. If users forward message outbound this could cause message loops as encryption is used in the confirmation email.
Note: SPX Templates specify all the options for the PDF cover page, size, type of encryption, password type, recipient instruction text and portal settings which can be applied to different SMTP Profiles if running the SMTP Proxy in Profile Mode, or to be used as the Global SPX Template when running in Simple Mode.
In this section you can modify the HTML template text which is used to generate the email message to the recipient containing the encrypted PDF message. A sample based on the default Recipient instructions template is provided below.

Email encryption with SPX ensures that sensitive documents and communications are fully encrypted and that they will only be read by the intended recipients.
