This article describes how to get an iOS device into the supervised mode via the Apple Configurator.
To do so, you require an Apple Computer running Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8 or Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9
The current "Apple Configurator 2" only runs on Mac OS X 10.11.1 or later
Known to apply to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Mobile Control
Operating systems iOS 6 or higher
Important: Setting a device into the supervised mode will result in a complete device reset including the deletion of personal data stored on the phone.
If you have still installed the first version of Apple Configurator follow the steps below:
