SophServ is a customer and partner portal that allows direct access to your support cases. You can view or update existing cases or create new cases. You can also view cases that belong to other people within your organization. You do not need to contact us to open, close or update cases.
Note: Partners will only be able to see cases opened by their customers if that customer has granted them specific permission within the portal.
SophServ is only available in English, however customers in all regions can access SophServ.
The sign up process requires you to have an active MySophos account. Once a MySophos account has been activated, access SophServ via this link.
The latest user guide is available in PDF from the SophServ User Guide.
Your SophServ username and password are the same as your MySophos credentials. Hence, to change your SophServ password you should login to MySophos and change the password from there.
If you have forgotten your SophServ password, click the Reset Your Password link.
