The Windows Server Manager displays an alert due to the Sophos Web Intelligence Update service not starting as a service although it is configured to be an automatic startup.
This is expected behavior for this service. The service does not need to be running permanently. The service is only started when the Sophos Web Intelligence component is updated.

It is not recommended that the service is set to manual as this will prevent the component from being updated. It is, however, possible to uncheck the Sophos Web Intelligence Update service from the list of services being monitored. To do this:
