In order to successfully deploy Sophos Endpoint Security and Control from your console to your endpoint computers you must ensure certain settings on those computers are configured correctly. This article covers the step by step instructions on how to deploy the Sophos Endpoint Security and Control from the Sophos Enterprise Console.

Make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of SEC and you have checked the following: System Requirements for Enterprise Console, Port Requirements and The accounts you need.
Note: If you used the Download Security Software Wizard to set up your computer groups (based on your Active Directory groups), you may ignore these instructions.

If computers are running another vendor's update tool, you may want to remove it.
