A USB removable drive is mounted as a folder in the operating system rather than a drive, using Disk Management of the OS. The disk is physically removed without being unmounted in disk manager. When an on-demand scan runs (right-click or scheduled) it delivers error a0200006 to the console.

It is indicating that anticipated data is unavailable.
If you do not want to see these errors appearing on the Enterprise Console, “blacklist” them from appearing on the console, as described in the knowledgebase article Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows: suppressing Event ID errors on endpoint.
