Product All SafeGuard LAN Crypt Administration supported Versions.
Client OS All supported operating systems. Question How can I toggle a key between active and inactive? Answer In SafeGuard LAN Crypt, you can toggle an existing key to make it inactive. If you do this, this key is no longer available when you define encryption rules. However, you can still use this key in encryption rules that are already in use. It remains saved in the Administration Database and you can also activate it again, if required. To toggle a key from inactive to active (and vice versa), select it and click on Passive/Active in the context menu. You can recognize a passive key because it has a red key icon at the start of the line.
