Should I switch from Hosted endpoint to Cloud endpoint? I need input.

Currently we have the hosted Sophos Endpoint Software.  I would like to move to the Cloud based Sophos Endpoint. 

The Hosted version of Sophos Endpoint has an endpoint firewall that I can deploy and manage to all my Pc's

My CFO has asked if its worth going to the cloud version because it does not have that firewall. 

Does the cloud version have something that I am not aware of that will take care of this?  What would you tell my CFO?  

Can I assure my CFO that the Cloud Endpoint version is as safe and secure as the Hosted version with endpoint firewall capabilities?

    Well that is what I was leaning toward just not sure if that is the solution. How do you effectively manage windows firewall on 200+ machines? Group policy seems to be really inefficient and updating GP takes awhile to get to all the PCs.
