Unable to remove Sophos Endpoint Agent

I am needing guidance on how to remove the Sophos Endpoint Agent from my windows 7 Pro. Tamper is already disabled! Message: the computer must be restarted before Sophos Endpoint Agent can be unistalled. Help!

    I assume that you restarted, tried again and the same issue...

    If so, I would suggest rename the PendingFileRenameOperations registry value and re-run the uninstaller:

    Once uninstalled and before rebooting and depending on what is in the key you may want to rename it back such that the rename operations take place on the next startup.

    The key can also be used to delete file, i.e. if the next line after a file is blank then the file will be deleted.
