Is Sophos Clean included with Intercept or Ultimate?

I have installed Sophos Ultimate beta on my Windows 10 64 bit computer and found the executable SophosClean.exe in C:\Program Files\Sophos\Clean, but there is no Windows start menu icon for Sophos Clean. 
 Is Sophos clean designed to be run manually or automatically? If the program is run automatically what events trigger Sophos Clean to run? 
 Also, can you clarify if Sophos Clean is included both with Sophos Intercept (stand-alone) and Sophos Ultimate?

When installed as part of Intercept X, Sophos Clean is designed to be run automatically whenever an exploit or a ransomware attack is detected. You can also run Sophos Clean manually by double clicking on it .
