Sophos Spectrum 0.7 Update Failed

One of my beta units continues to get the message "Update Failed Please contact your IT Administrator" in the Spectrum UI.

On the about page it says "Last update failed <date>.

In Sophos Central, the PC has the event: Failed to install savxp: 80041f19.

PC is running Windows 7 64 bit and has been restarted many times.

What next steps should I take?
