Description
- Unable to open Sophos Antivirus main interface.
- Sophos AutoUpdate cannot perform a complete update.
- Sophos Central indicate an error to install SSP (Failed to install ssp: 80070643.)
- Unable to disable tamper protection (work on web interface but the modification is not applied on local system)
- Unable to reinstall Sophos Cloud because tamper protection is enable
- Unable to stop Sophos services : Access refused.
- In programs & Feature no component appear except Sophos UI
- Sophos Shield is on systray with a redcross.
- However, on access scan works (eicar test file done)
