Disable Webfiltering on Sophos Cloud Endpoints?

Is there a way to disable the webfiltering module on sophos cloud? we have a lot of endpoints behind a utm, so we not need it (because we have to troubleshoot two components). Is it true to call sophos-support for this?

    HI x.cr3w,

    On Sophos Central , All you would need to do is disable the policy applied on the user/computers and in the base policy (which cannot be disabled). You would need to go to Base policy and edit by  disabling the Web control and if you have a Web gateway installed . You would need to disable that as well. 

    Kindly note web gateway(separate client ) and Web control (incl. End Point ) have two policies and could be disabled from Sophos Central.

    Hello.

    Today i tried again to disable the webfilter switch and it worked. i believe that this doesnt worked last week. the switch was not able to change....... it was greyed out -.-
