While installing Cloud Web Gateway, error popup "Error during install

System.Exception: Unexpected response received from pre-registration."

DEBUG CWGInstallerLibrary.ProcessUtils - C:\Program Files\Sophos\Cloud Network Agent\\jre\bin\java.exe: Unexpected Error occurred [Unexpected relay config file size, expected <= 2048 bytes but actual 0 bytes] . Please contact Sophos Support
