Sophos cloud web gateway and clamd high cpu usage

I am currently  Sophos cloud end point protection and cloud web gateway. After installing the cloud web gateway on the pc, the cpu usage has rocketed to 75 to 80% with only outlook being open. The 2 process utilising the cpu are clamd.exe and sophosagentrelay.exe 

claamv is situated - C:\Program Files\Sophos\Cloud Network Agent\etc\clamav

SophsAgentRelay is -C:\Program Files\Sophos\Cloud Network Agent\sbin

Has anyone experienced this issue.
