Failed to install ntp: unexpected error

Any ideas on what could cause this error?  I am running a trial version of Sophos Cloud and currently testing it on a 3 computers.  1 of them is causing this problem, the other 2 are fine.

    The log file: Sophos Network Threat Protection Install Log (timestamp).txt you found has logging from the setup plugin, and the MSI logging itself.  If you search down from the top for the phrase:

    return value 3

    does it come up with anything?  If so, the 10 lines above should provide enough context, failing which, attaching thee entire log here would be good.
