Failed to install ntp: unexpected error

Any ideas on what could cause this error? I am running a trial version of Sophos Cloud and currently testing it on a 3 computers. 1 of them is causing this problem, the other 2 are fine.

Hi,
There should be an install log in \windows\temp. This is an MSI log so it might be quite large but if you make it availble here that should reveal all.
