This is crazy. Currently to configure Mail on mobile devices we are using Sophos Cloud. On moving to office 365, the configuration via the policy breaks , as we cannot use the user email address as the username. We are restricted to using the domain account name.
Surely someone has worked out how to get around this ? Sophos support have only said office 365 is not supported, which is ridiculous.
