Hoping for a little guidance here - when I elect to send my AD users an installation email from the users list in the cloud management portal, it goes straight to their Junk folder in Outlook. It is not being tagged by our Barracuda Spam Firewall, so I was hoping you folks might have some ideas how to prevent this from happening. As you can guess, it creates a lot of confusion for the end user...
