AD Sync

I am trying to sync my AD with Cloud.  I entered the configuration details as they should be.  When I start 'preview and sync' it tries each user several times then gives a 403 forbidden error when it timed out for each user upload to sophos.  I am using Cloud admin credentials so I am not sure why sophos is denying the connection.  Any ideas?
