How to register the files that were copied to removable media?

You may enable a registry for files to be copied to removable media?

    I have spoken to our team and I hope the below helps.

    There is no way to track files that were copied to a USB device.

    Sophos Engineer - we can block or allow USB devices but we do not check the files within the device. If the user is trying to open a file from the USB device that was allowed previously, we scan the file” On-Access “ scanning but we do not keep a record of files on the device.
