I created a new policy that is for the "domain users" group which should cover all of my PC endpoints (since they are all joined to the domain and every user is a domain user). It is above the base policy in the hierarchy and is active. When I look at devices/users who should have this policy, they are getting the default base policy that can't be modified or turned off.
Why is this new policy not taking precedence over the base?
On a side note, why can't I find which user or device is receiving which policy? I've looked everywhere and can't find that info. It would be helpful if I could pull up a user or device and see what policy is being applied. That would make troubleshooting a lot easier.
