How to create an account without admin privilege access on sophos cloud endpoint?

Hi Sophos,

We are the customers of sophos ,We have a requirement where we need to provide the access to our security team to take monthly reports from sophos cloud end point but we can't provide admin access.So how to create an account for 2 to 3 users without admin access so they can download monthly reports?Please provide us the steps.
