Users in Sophos Cloud

To try and answer your question however, I don't think you will be able to do that in this case unless you use active directory or similar log ins. Reason is that on each of the three devices the logins could be the same name and password but they're not the same. They're machine accounts and have their own signature identity and that's what Sophos cloud picks up on.

I hope you can do that without AD and maybe someone with more cloud knowledge will be able to better answer your question in the cloud forum :)

Devices are mapped to Cloud users via the login.

The easiest thing to do here is to go into the Cloud user you want to represent the user. Click on modify logins on the left. Find the users names that you logon to the computers as and move them to the right. Click done and click Save at the bottom. You should now see the devices appear on the right under the user.

You can now remove the other cloud users, you can see that they no longer have the devices associated to them.
