Alert PUA : User and device

hello,

On the Sophos Cloud console , I have a warning that says a PUA detected with a user who has "never" connected to the device.
The user that appears in the alert does necessarily mean that he is connected to the device?

How did you deploy? Is there a chance that multiple computers share the same endpoint ID?
Each device should have a unique endpoint id as per this article:

Was imaging involved?
You may have to raise an item via the product by clicking on "Support" - top right once logged in to Sophos Cloud.
